Guided by yoga therapist and body image expert Erica Mather, embark on a practical, actionable path to healing body image dissatisfaction and finding and embodying your purpose in living.
Through yoga, breathwork, meditation, and journaling exercises, as well as lectures and small and large group discussions, you:
- Develop awareness of your reasons for how you think and feel about your body
- Explore body image core competencies in order to form a new mindset
- Practice behaviors to help you ally with your body and improve your sense of embodied purpose
