Omega's Strategic Plan is the organization's blueprint for action. The Plan is designed to build organization strength so that we can deepen learning experiences and scale our impact.
In response to COVID-19 we pivoted our organizational efforts to continue serving our mission with impact. In many ways our Plan goals helped us be responsive to urgent conditions resulting from the global pandemic, and we believe they remain relevant and vital even as we move beyond our Plan's original timeline (2017-2021).
