Omega is proud to offer simple, private, and communal accommodations surrounded by the Hudson Valley's natural beauty.  We offer accommodations reservations to workshop registrants or Rest & Rejuvenation Retreat participants.

Included with every overnight stay:

We do not provide:

  • Guaranteed wi-fi.  Internet connectivity is available on campus but signal strength varies.  You are welcome to access more reliable wi-fi at the Omega Café.
  • In-room electronics like television, coffeepots, and alarm clocks.
  • Toiletries such as shampoo, toothpaste, etc. (Visit the Omega Bookstore if you forget an essential.)

Staying on Campus

We have accommodations to suit your budget. Choose what's right for you.

Accommodations can only be booked as part of an All-Inclusive Stay. Commuter Fee is required only for those not staying in Omega accommodations. Sample images below are representative of lodging types and may not reflect the actual room you will be assigned. Lodging for weekend programs is available Friday and Saturday night (workshops end Sunday morning). Lodging for 5-Day programs is available Sunday to Thursday night (workshops end Friday morning). Rates below are per person and will be calculated for you when you register for a workshop.

Single or Double Cabin Room A — Private Room With Private Bath

1 queen (singles only) or 2 full-size beds (two people only). For double occupancy, register with a companion. Stay comfortably with heat, ceiling fan, and air-conditioning.  Linens are included.  Ask the registration team (877-944-2002) about our accessible rooms.

Single Cabin Room B — Private Room With Shared Bath

1 queen bed.  Bath shared with the adjoining room.  Stay comfortably with heat and air-conditioning.  Linens are included.

Dorm Single — Private Room With Shared Bath

1 twin bed.  Hall bath shared by 5 to 10 guests.  Dorms are generally single gender but may be co-ed. Pillow and blanket provided. Bring your own sheets and towels or rent linens from Omega for a small fee. Stay comfortably with heat and air-conditioning.

Single or Double Tent Cabins — Private Room With Shared Bath

2 twin beds.  For double occupancy, register with a companion.  Wood-framed, wooden walls with screened windows and canvas roof. Bathhouse nearby.  Pillows and blankets are provided.  Please bring your own sheets, sleeping bag and towels or rent sheets and towels from Omega for a small fee.  No heat.  No air-conditioning.

Camping

1 pre-assigned campsite.  Bathhouse nearby. Bring your own tent and all appropriate camping gear.  Stoves, campfires, and recreational vehicles are not allowed on campus.  Limited availability.

Accommodations FAQ

What does the All-Inclusive Stay include?

The All-Inclusive Stay is per person and includes lodging, 3 meals per day in our Dining Hall, and an array of activities & amenities during your stay with us. You can explore daily open classes in yoga, tai chi, and meditation; evening events; canoeing and kayaking; pickleball, basketball and tennis; and nature trails. You also have access to the Ram Dass Library, Sanctuary, Omega Center for Sustainable Living (OCSL), and more.

Do you have single rooms?

We have private rooms with private baths, and private rooms with shared baths. Our Dorm Singles are private rooms with shared baths.

Can you describe your accommodations?

Omega accommodations are rustic, simple, and comfortable. Linens are provided for the Cabin Rooms, but not for the Dorm or Tent Cabins.

Can I arrive a day early or stay a day late?

If you'd like to extend your stay with us, we suggest that you consider adding an Omega Rest & Rejuvenation Retreat (2 night minimum) onto your stay. Please keep in mind that our accommodations are limited. It is best to contact us 2 weeks before your arrival date so we can do our best to accommodate you. But, please don't hesitate to call us anytime; we may have space available.

Can I bring my children?

Children and teens must be housed with their parents. If notified in advance, we can provide cots. For fees and availability, please call 877.944.2002.

Is there electricity in the Tent Cabins?

Yes, Tent Cabins have electricity and include a small table lamp. There is no heat in the Tent Cabins; but please do not bring heaters. You are welcome to bring a fan in the warm months.
 

Should I bring a heater or fan?

There is no need to bring a heater or fan. With the exception of Tent Cabins, all rooms are heated and have either a ceiling fan, table fan, or standing fan.

How much does it cost to rent linens?

A "Dorm Kit" containing sheets and towels is available for $8.00. Payment is due upon arrival.
 

Can I bring my RV?

Omega cannot accommodate RVs on campus. However, there are several RV parks nearby. Call us at 877.944.2002 for more information.
 

What is the Commuter Fee?

The Commuter Fee covers all meals in our Dining Hall and full access to our campus amenities.
