Her Adore Your Body Transformational Programs aim to help women overcome body image challenges. Through her private, concierge Yoga Therapy practice, she supports students, teachers, and health professionals as they learn about empowered self-care for the body.
 
Mather is a recognized body image expert, a Forrest Yoga lineage-holder, and was named one of the next generations’ important yoga teachers by Yoga Journal. Mather has been featured in NY Weekly, the New York Times, and on Wisconsin Public Radio, and is a contributor to Yoga Journal.
