Sarah Urech (she/her) is senior strategist for the Omega Women's Leadership Center and Taking Care of Change Initiative. She is also a founding staff member of the OWLC. She is a certified coach and master's social worker. Sarah has performed with Hudson River Playback Theatre since 1994 and has taught this improvisational storytelling theatre in four languages and 20 countries, including Cuba, Japan, Russia, and South Africa, elevating the voices of people less often heard in society.
Before joining Omega, Sarah worked at the Oncology Support Program at Benedictine Hospital in Kingston, NY, for a decade and was its director for four years. Originally from Switzerland, Sarah speaks seven languages and teaches public speaking and leadership development at Omega.
