Gina Norman is the owner of Connecticut’s Kaia Yoga. She has been teaching yoga for 20 years and is director of the Kaia Yoga teacher training program, in which she has taught hundreds of students over the years. She has been featured in Fitness, Parent, Yoga Journal, Woman’s Entrepreneurs, Mothering, and other publications.
Her fascination with mind-body work and its essential connection to overall health and happiness has led her to study Thai Yoga in Thailand, Vipassana mediation in India, and Buddhist studies in the Shambhala tradition along with Cranial Sacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute. She teaches vinyasa, Yin Yoga, restorative yoga, and meditation. She is known for her ability to align the body through intuitive hand’s on adjustments and to tailor each of her classes to fit the needs of the students present.
