Tango Zen is a method through which you can meditate while walking and dancing. It combines the beauty and passion of tango with Zen's mindfulness and the age-old practices of tai chi, qigong, and chakra exercises.
This Tango Zen workshop is designed to help you connect with your energy and enhance your tango experience by letting go of self-consciousness and fully engaging with the music, the movement, and the partner, allowing emotions to flow through the body.
Throughout the weekend, you learn how to connect with your partner on a deeper level and how to navigate the dance floor with grace and fluidity. You return home with a foundation in Tango Zen to help harmonize your body, mind, and spirit, empowering you to dance in a way that is genuine, expressive, and emotionally resonant.
