MARROW—like the life-giving and potent marrow of our bones—is a generative experience of unearthing aliveness. It is a process of unlearning patterns of thinking, feeling, and moving that have been forged unconsciously over time, and often from outside messages.
In this repatterning together through embodied presence and connection, there are invitations into quiet internal explorations, meaningful conversations and listening, personal writing, flows of creativity, sensory movement, and meditation for waking up to our whole human experience.
Through a weave of somatics (body sensing and process), embodiment (presence of the layers of mind, heart, and body), and meditation (in both movement and stillness), we integrate qualities of the living we are in, and out of the push of doing. Together, we forge a path connecting our inner landscapes with belonging—in community and within the natural world.
Elements of MARROW include Feldenkrais® somatics, applications from interpersonal neurobiology and Somatic Experiencing®, liberatory movement, guided meditations, restorative rest, creative mark-making on paper, and forest bathing.
