Explore Internal Family Systems and Spirituality with IFS practitioners and open up to a mystical way of understanding yourself and others.

Ann L. Sinko provides details about the IFS as a Spiritual Path experience.

Engaging in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy can open us up to a spiritual path and a mystical way of understanding ourselves and others. Step out of your busy life, join a community of IFS practitioners, and immerse yourself in studying your parts.

During this 5-day intensive, you:

  • Explore spirituality by attending to the blocks to your authentic knowing, self-expression, and connection to your guidance and ancestors
  • Learn how to identify, address, and unburden legacy and cultural burdens that impede your ability to experience life more fully
  • Develop skills to work with polarizations, grief, and fear that thwart our deeper connections to self-energy

This workshop includes meditations, lectures, experiential practices, demonstrations, and collective unburdenings guided by IFS teacher Ann L. Sinko. Your creativity will be engaged through drawing, writing, and movement.
