In this workshop with grief therapist Claire Bidwell Smith, we focus on exploring our losses, empowering ourselves within the grief process, and connecting with others who walk with loss. Through group discussion, story witnessing, writing, drawing, and movement practices, we explore our grief, learn to engage with our feelings of loss, and deepen our understanding of the compassion required to heal from grief.
