Restore balance, build resilience, and connect deeply with Afro Flow Yoga’s trauma-informed blend of movement, music, and ancestral wisdom.

Leslie Salmon Jones draws on dances of the African diaspora in this heart-opening yoga flow, with live music by Jeff W. Jones.

Are you ready to reconnect to your body, mind, and spirit in a way that honors the richness of diverse cultures, backgrounds, and abilities?

Join Leslie Salmon Jones and Jeff W. Jones, founders of Afro Flow Yoga, for an immersive retreat where we explore practices that celebrate diversity, foster community, and cultivate a culture of self-care, caring for others, and caring for the planet. Through trauma-informed somatic practices, this experience weaves together yoga, dance, live music, and storytelling to create a sacred space for healing, resilience, and renewal.

Flow through heart-centered yoga sequences, liberating dance movements, and meditative rhythms performed live by Jeff. Engage in group discussions, reflective journaling, and sacred rituals honoring the elements.

This retreat—inspired by the African Diaspora and rooted in earth-based traditions—offers tools to release stress, awaken your life-force energy, and embrace the strength and resilience of your ancestors.
