Pilin is a beloved yoga and wellness guide trained in vinyasa, Kripalu, meditation, and yoga nidra, as well as Ayurvedic and nutritional wellness tools, and movement and dance techniques from around the world.
In addition to movement meditation, Pilin guides you to soothe your nervous system with pranayama, Ayurveda, and restorative practices that encourage self-inquiry, body awareness, and mindfulness.
