Artist and visionary guide Flora Bowley believes creative expression, intuitive wisdom, and personal freedom are intricately connected and offer a soulful way back to our human aliveness. Her work is rooted in the belief that creativity belongs to all people and that creative expression opens channels for a more alive and connected way of living in our ever-changing world.

Much more than a painting retreat, this is a reunion with your intuitive heart wisdom, childlike wonder, unbridled freedom, and authentic self.

If you're seeking to reignite your creative spark and nurture the parts of yourself that make you feel the most alive, this retreat offers a safe and encouraging space to connect to a deep well of creative practices, a loving community, and the remembrance that you were born to create a life that you love.

Through a soulful blend of hands-on intuitive art practices, gentle authentic movement, free-form writing, breathwork, and creative play (set to the beat of great playlists), you learn to:

  • Find creative courage
  • Create art in brand new ways
  • Connect to intuition
  • Let go of perfectionism
  • Find unique inspiration in your inner and outer world
  • Clear stagnant energy and move stuck emotions
  • Experience true presence and awe
  • Nurture self-acceptance with kindness
  • Remember that YOU are the artist of your life

Flora's inspiring, down-to-earth, and out-of-the-box approach to the creative process is perfect for anyone willing to show up with an open and curious heart. No art, movement, or writing experience is necessary. Come as you are and reconnect to what makes you feel most alive.

The practice of creating teaches us to value ourselves for showing up and believing that our contribution is worthy and that this feeling of aliveness is worth the risk. This is how we learn to trust ourselves as capable creators in the world, and this is how we get back in the driver's seat of our own lives.
