William Bengston, PhD, is a professor of sociology with a specialization in research methods and statistics. He is creator of the Bengston Energy Healing Method® and president of the Society for Scientific Exploration, an international group of 800 scientists who conduct rigorous investigations into scientific anomalies.
He is coauthor, with Sylvia Fraser, of The Energy Cure: Unraveling the Mystery of Hands-On Healing, and creator of the audio program Hands-On Healing.
Bengston has published in the Journal of Scientific Exploration, the Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine, and Explore: The Journal of Science and Healing. He also is on the editorial board of the Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine.
Bengston lectures frequently throughout North America, Europe and Asia.
