Wahe Guru Kaur Khalsa, daughter of Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa and Gurushabd Singh Khalsa, was born into a lineage of yogis. As a Kundalini Yoga teacher and student of Yogi Bhajan, she uses the technology of yoga and its teachings to navigate through life and uplift all who cross her path.
Schooled in India, Wahe is a true modern-day yogi and global citizen who still travels the world in her spirited commitment to serving humanity, the earth, and all its creatures. Wahe also grew up studying a traditional Indian dance form called Bhangra. She has fused this fun and lively dance with a little bit of a twist, making it accessible to all.
