Mimi Kirk

Mimi Kirk is and international speaker, health coach, raw food chef, and author of the book, Live Raw. A vegetarian and vegan for 40 years, Kirk won the title of Sexiest Vegetarian Over Fifty in a nationwide contest conducted by PETA in 2009. At the time she was 71 years old.

After working in the television industry, including a stint as a Las Vegas showgirl and as a stand-in for Mary Tyler Moore in the hit sitcom The Mary Tyler Moore Show, Kirk left the television industry to open her own national jewelry manufacturing business. Later, when she became interested in personal growth, she sold her company and became the regional marketing director for a company that delivered self-improvement seminars. Then she left that company to travel to in India.

Soon after her return to the United States, Kirk became executive assistant and charity events coordinator for a private family, and was on the board of several nonprofit organizations in Los Angeles. In 1989, Kirk was the founder, editor, and publisher of an environmental newspaper, The City Planet, in Los Angeles.

Adding to her list of many careers, Kirk owned and operated Side Saddle, L.L.C. for 10 years, beginning in 1998, where she manufactured cowgirl-themed products. She is the inventor of four board games, including Cowgirls Ride The Trail of Truth. Although she sold her company in 2008, her games and products are still sold worldwide.

Today, Kirk's inspiring message of health, happiness, longevity, and timeless beauty has landed her appearances on national and international television and on the covers of magazines around the world.
