Melissa Bowe, cofounder of the Wayfinder Experience teen summer camp, is a public interest lawyer, professor, and community organizer. Deeply committed to youth empowerment and expression, she has directed teens at Omega’s Family Week and the Wayfinder Experience for more than a decade and has been part of the Omega community for over 20 years.
