Madhu Krishnappa Maron, PCC, combines stellar coaching skills with expertise in corporate human resources and a deep curiosity about what makes people and organizations tick. Before becoming a coach, Madhu spent 17 years as an Human Resources professional, working with the Associated Press, Standard & Poor’s, Henry Ford Health System, the New York City Economic Development Corporation, and other organizations. In 2002, Madhu left her HR career to follow her passion and create a fulfilling and dynamic coaching practice.

She works with clients who have reached a road block in their careers, would love to do something new, and have no idea where to start. She says, “I bring my coaching skills, HR background, and the experience of my own career transition to support my clients in creating the work life they dream of.”
Madhu Krishnappa Maron also coaches leaders in the corporate and non-profit sector. In her spare time, she enjoys building Lego creations with her young son, doing yoga, and listening to Motown music.
