Kate Feldman, MSW, LCSW, is a psychotherapist specializing in relationship coaching and individual and couples therapy, with a background in Gestalt, Imago, and Family Systems therapies, as well as EMDR, yoga, and meditation.
In the 1970s, Kate Feldman and her husband Joel Feldman were founding members of Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, where they lived for 25 years, before she went on to receive her master’s degree in social work from Smith College. Later, they cofounded the Conscious Relationships Institute, which delivers individual relationship coaching and couples counseling, as well as weekend marriage retreats.
During their 35-year working partnership as friends, and as married partners for 25 years, Kate Feldman and Joel Feldman cocreated a popular weekend couples retreat, their own brand of couples counseling, a curriculum for pre-marriage counseling, and a four-day private marriage counseling retreat. Additionally, Kate Feldman has created and led workshops and trainings on intimate relationship coaching, personal growth, yoga, holistic health, leadership, and counseling. She maintains a private practice in Durango, Colorado.
