He is author of Finding True Magic: Transpersonal Hypnosis & Hypnotherapy/NLP, which shares his unique synthesis of Eastern and Western perspectives on the nature of consciousness and communication—an approach that is used by students, clinicians, and teachers internationally.
Drawing on five decades of study and practice Eastern meditation, philosophy, and psychology with masters like Shunryo Suzuki Roshi, Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche, Swami Chidvilasananda, and Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche, Elias shares his wisdom with clients worldwide through his private practice, Lucid Heart Therapy & Life Coaching.
