Blair Glaser is a writer, consultant, psychotherapist, leadership mentor and relationship coach. She has been practicing her unique mentoring process—a blend of psychotherapy, consulting, and coaching—for 17 years, and has run groups and workshops since 1998.
She consults with couples and individuals from all walks of life, as well as executives, managers, and teams at corporations such as Estee Lauder, Miller Howard Investments, UBS, JPMorgan Chase, Citibank, Temple Emmanuel in Kingston, New York, and Mt. Sinai Hospital in New York City.
A former staff member at V-Day, she has also guest lectured about roles, authority, and drama therapy at a variety of conferences and institutions, including The New School, NYU and Pratt Institute, where for many years she was a visiting professor for creative arts therapy graduate students.
She is also cofounder of Hudson Valley Sustainable Leadership Organization (HV SLO), a consultancy to help nonprofit executives struggle less and impact more.
