Anneke Lucas, E-RYT 500, founded Liberation Prison Yoga (LPY) in 2014. Aside from her duties as executive director for LPY, she is a public speaker and advocate for sex trafficking victims. As a survivor of child sex slavery in a murderous pedophile network, she used elements of her 30-year healing journey to develop the Unconditional Model, based on how she would have wished she would have been treated on her long road to recovery.

A close analysis of those who were able to get through to her when she was shut down by trauma forms the cornerstone of the Unconditional Model’s philosophy–for LPY teachers to become those people, aware and unconditionally present for their students.
