In her best-selling memoir, Sacred Medicine: A Doctor's Quest to Unravel the Mysteries of Healing, Dr. Lissa Rankin details her journey to mind-body medicine and her own path toward hope and healing. In this trauma-supportive spiritual retreat based on the material in her book, she shares Sacred Medicine tools and invites you to experience a healing connection with your divine self.

First you receive an "energy transfusion" using embodied movement, singing, art, and ritual designed to open the group field, calm the nervous system, and re-source yourself. Then you dive deeper with "memoir as medicine," therapeutic writing practices, basic Internal Family Systems (IFS) "parts" meditation, and Somatic Experiencing practices for grounding and orientation.

This nervous system reset helps you enter sacred space so you can reenter your life with more self-led clarity, insight, creativity, connection, and compassion for yourself and others.
