Due to popular demand, we are bringing a second Essentrics® teacher training to Omega. Become part of an international teaching community and join the Essentrics team in its mission to get people fit, healthy, and moving at every stage of life.

Essentrics is a low-impact, stretching, and strengthening program that rebalances the full body by gently unlocking tight joints and restoring the body's natural range of motion, resulting in a vibrant, pain-free body.

This workshop of classes and lectures prepares you to teach your first pre-choreographed workout, complete coursework, and submit your exam with confidence. It introduces the principles of Essentrics and the science behind them. You learn how to incorporate Essentrics techniques as you teach clients how to do the exercises safely.

All ages and fitness levels are welcome.

Please note: If you don't already have the Level 1 Essentrics Instructor Certification Package, purchase it at essentrics.com.

Refunds are available (less a $60 processing fee) up to 15 days before your program or stay. No refunds or credit will be available after 15 days. Once the training has started, you cannot transfer out of it and into another program.

This course begins Sunday at 7:30 p.m. and ends Wednesday at 4:00 p.m.

Miranda's team of educators is comprised of experienced, passionate Level 4 instructors with diverse skill sets, education, and life experiences. They fulfill various Essentrics head office roles, including curriculum development, mentoring, and teacher training. They also help host workshops and retreats, and participate in Essentrics TV workouts.
