“When I was practicing with my Master Xiao Yao years ago, sometimes I had to visit patients in the hospital and some of those patients were isolated in infectious areas," he said. "Each time we went in, my Master would always tell me, 'Wogo,' which is a mudra to create protection of the immune system.”
