Muneeza’s Cashew ‘Cheese’
Cashews are the base of this tasty vegan dip that can substitute as cheese in a dairy-free diet. Cashews have a lower fat content than most other nuts and provide numerous health benefits, such as lowering blood pressure and supporting heart health.

Makes 6 servings
Ingredients

2 cups raw cashews, soaked in water to cover for at least 20 minutes

2 cloves garlic

1 tablespoon raw honey

3/4 cup filtered water

1 teaspoon Herbes de Provence

1/2 teaspoon veggie pepper seasoning blend

Sea salt, to taste
Directions

Drain the cashews. Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix on high speed.
If you need to thin out the “cheese” a bit more, add water, a tablespoon at a time.
