Nadine Majano, a core faculty member of Shamanic Reiki Worldwide, teaches within its entry and its third-year apprenticeship programs. Nadine is a member of the board of directors for the Olympic Mountain EarthWisdom Circle. She works closely with the OMEC’s Mayan Women Weavers at a remote Lake Atitlan location and facilitates annual sacred journeys to work with Maya spiritual guides in Guatemala. 

Nadine holds a bachelor’s degree in human development and family studies from the University of Rhode Island and a master’s from the University of Georgia, where she worked as a graduate assistant with Multicultural Services and as a challenge course facilitator for outdoor recreation. Nadine is TEFL/TESOL certified and proficient in the Spanish language. She has volunteered for AmeriCorps and Hug it Forward, building bottle schools alongside community members in rural Guatemala. Nadine’s calling as a healer was ignited after participating in sacred Mayan fire ceremonies while living in Guatemala in 2012. She has a private healing practice in New Jersey.
