Lakshmi Rengarajan is a modern dating researcher and host of The Later Dater Today podcast, as well as a cohost of Land of The Giants: Dating Games. She writes and speaks about the overlooked and obvious ways that modern relationships have changed—from dating online, to relocating and collaborating in the workplace. She brings insights and experience from years in the dating industry, brand strategy, hospitality, and community activism.

Lakshmi’s work in modern dating spans several chapters. She began by designing in-person events for singles in the 2010s, went on to work at Match.com, and was hired at WeWork for a first-of-its-kind job as the company’s director of workplace connection, a term that she coined.
