Jemarc Axinto (they/she/he) is a Filipinx, nonbinary, subclinical mental health provider working as a trauma recovery coach and wellness consultant with a deep practice rooted in Tibetan Buddhism. They have dedicated more than a decade of their life to the actualization of a mind, body, spirit no longer withheld by trauma, labels, and roles. They’ve transformed this deep study into an alchemical process rooted at the intersection of science and spirituality. This process, Alchemizing AuthenticityTM, empowers everyone to actualize their most authentic selves and radically rewire their brains to heal trauma at its root in their nervous system. They are an international consultant and speaker on topics of well-being, burnout, trauma recovery, psychedelic medicine, QTBIPOC wellness, and social justice.

In 2022, Axinto created IGNITE WellbeingTM, and Recover from ReActivismTM, two wellness initiatives curated especially for professional environments and advocacy environments, respectively. These programs ensure and emphasize the importance of individual well-being for the empowerment of the collective. Axinto guides participants in holistic wellness programming that prioritizes the self, and recognizes the interdependency needed for people to thrive in any space in which they may find themselves.

In 2023 Axinto founded Queer LiberationTM, a 5-day spiritual wellness retreat held annually in the Pocono mountains. Queer Liberation is a program curated by and for Queer and Trans bodies and beings to support them in their endeavors to feel truly safe within themselves. Here, Axinto provides practical guidance and activities that invite attendees to look deeply within themselves and safely explore and experience challenging emotions.
