Don Waisanen, PhD, is a self-proclaimed “pracademic” who teaches, researches, and consults in the area of strategic and leadership communication at Baruch College, Columbia University, New York University, and City University of New York. He has a passion for social consciousness and works to help nonprofits and their constituents create meaningful impact. His most recent book is Improv for Democracy: How to Bridge Differences and Develop the Communication and Leadership Skills Our World Needs.
