Andrew Villamil is an activist, well-being researcher, and positive psychology coach who integrates his background in industry with experience in clinical therapy and evidenced based positive psychology interventions (PPIs), meditative practices, well-being, flow, and cognitive strategies to create conditions for optimal human flourishing.
Andrew completed his masters degree in clinical psychology, with an emphasis in therapy from Pepperdine University. Currently, he is a doctoral student in the Positive Developmental Psychology Program at Claremont Graduate University. Using a strengths-based, contemplative approach, Andrew seeks to support the capacity for health, growth, community, justice, and planetary health in order to achieve individual and collective change.
