In 2017, we published Omega's 5-year Strategic Plan as the organization's blueprint for action through the end of 2021. The Plan was designed to build organization strength so that we can deepen learning experiences and scale our impact.
In response to COVID-19 we pivoted our organizational efforts to continue serving our mission with impact. In many ways our Plan goals helped us be responsive to urgent conditions resulting from the global pandemic, and we believe they remain relevant and vital even as we move beyond our Plan's 5-year timeline.
