Wellness Center FAQ
Q: How far in advance should I schedule wellness services?
A: It is best to schedule your appointments well in advance as spaces fill quickly and not every service is offered daily. We recommend that you call or email us to schedule your services as soon as you register for your workshop or Omega Rest & Rejuvenation Getaway Retreat.
Q: When are appointments available at the Omega Wellness Center?
A: Appointments are available daily from Noon to 9:30 p.m.
Q: My workshop schedule seems full. Will I be able to fit in Omega Wellness Center services?
A: Our wellness concierge can easily book treatments around your Omega schedule. All appointments are arranged to ensure that you have plenty of time to get to and from your workshop and meals, plus enough time to participate in daily open classes and evening events.
Q: Do you offer services on arrival and departure days?
A: Yes, arrival and departure days can be a great time to schedule Omega Wellness Center services. However, we recommend that you schedule appointments before your arrival or departure as spaces fill quickly.
Q: I am attending an Omega R&R Getaway Retreat. What are the best times for me to schedule wellness services?
A: We reserve specific Omega Wellness Center appointment times for our R&R guests. Appointment times include, but are not limited to: 2:15 p.m.-5:15 p.m., and after 7:00 p.m.
Q: How long do your Omega Wellness Center services last?
A: Most of our wellness services are offered in 25, 50, or 80 minute increments. Please see individual service descriptions for more information.
Q: How early should I arrive for my appointment?
A: We recommend that you arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to ensure that you receive your entire session and have time to fill out all required paperwork. We are unable to make up for lost time if you arrive late.
Q: Where should I go for my appointment?
A: We have many annex Wellness Center locations on Omega's campus in Rhinebeck, New York. When booking, please be sure to note the location of your appointment. Your appointment location is also noted on your printed itinerary.
Q: What if my workshop runs over or I’m running late?
A: Your session begins at the time of your appointment. If you are running late, our practitioners will gladly provide you with the remaining treatment time. Unfortunately, we cannot make up for lost time. We encourage you to plan accordingly so that you are able to receive your full session.
Q: What should I wear?
A: Some of Omega's wellness services recommend special attire. This is noted on your printed itinerary. Otherwise, loose, comfortable clothing is most commonly recommended.
Q: Are there any special forms required?
A: All wellness services require a standard Intake and Release form, which you can fill out when you arrive for your session. Some of our services require more detailed intake information. Please ask for an Intake form at time of booking, or arrive 15 minutes before your session to allow time to fill it out.
Q: What training and licensing does my practitioner have?
A: All Omega wellness services are provided by experienced, skilled, and licensed holistic health practitioners familiar with Omega's philosophy of integrating health and wellness. We provide professional biographies for all of our practitioners. Please inquire with a reservationist for more information.
Q: I'm not attending an Omega workshop or R&R Getaway Retreat. Can I still make a reservation at the Omega Wellness Center?
A: Absolutely, Omega Wellness Center services are available to everyone. Please note that appointments fill quickly and not all wellness services are offered daily. We recommend that you call or email the Omega Wellness Center ahead of time to schedule your appointment.
