During the fourth season of Omega's award-winning podcast, Dropping In, host Cali Alpert asked 10 Omega teachers what they’d wish for you. Here’s what they said.
"I would wish that they discover the place in themselves that is already and inherently free of sorrow."
"Grace. Grace to try again, to show up, to be present to their lives and to people around them."
"What would it be? I would wish that everybody would know an unshakable conviction that they are enough."
"I wish that you find a way to connect what brings you joy to the protection of the planet."
"I would grant the viewers a fresh start at whatever they're sick of... An experience of something new, not having your worst expectations confirmed."
"Wake up."
"My one wish would be that you find that seed within your own heart, within the cave of your heart, that contains the entire cosmos and that you realize that we are all connected ... and that you drop all of the things that keep you from being connected and keep you in the illusion of being separate."
"I would wish that they begin to trust the process of their life unfolding. See, I'm not here for people to trust me. I'm here to help them trust themselves. And to do that, they need to stop comparing themselves with other people, which is a disrespect for our own life, our own process."
"I would grant them peace and hope, and that they'd realize that you can find peace and hope within. And it's really just a belief."
"One wish for all of your divine listeners and viewers would be to release whatever is causing you the most pain. Anything that is keeping you from yourself, from your authenticity, from your most aligned life. My wish is that you find the thread and begin to pull at it, to release it."
