New Additions You've Helped Bring to Campus

From better connectivity to a renovated Wellness Center, there are a number of improvements our Members' support helped make happen.

Pardon us if we seem a little excited ...

In just a few days, our campus will welcome the first participants in the 2023 season!

Yes, we always feel a sense of joyful anticipation as the start of another on-campus season approaches. But this year, we're especially thrilled about some significant campus improvements and other events that we'd love to share with you and thank you for.

New and Improved Wifi

As you make your way through campus, there are some improvements that may not be so easy to spot—but that we trust you’ll appreciate! Thanks to the community’s response to our Fiber Optic fundraising campaign and some generous major donors, we were able to significantly improve the infrastructure across campus and we hope you’ll notice the difference here or at home while viewing our livestreams.

Wellness Center

After much anticipation, we’re thrilled our newly renovated Wellness Center will be reopening this June. Available to guests enrolled in a workshop or Rest & Rejuvenation Retreat on campus, the Wellness Center offers more than 30 therapeutic services—including nine treatments that are new in 2023. Our wellness concierge will help you find the perfect treatment, while also making sure you don't miss a moment of your workshop, meals, or other Omega events.

Please book in advance by emailing FeelGood@eomega.org or calling us at 800-954-0082.

Pickleball

This season, Omega is excited to offer pickleball courts to fans of the sport and newcomers alike with workshops led by tennis pro and pickleball teacher Bridget McGrew. The workshops take place on our campus, where the natural environment and quiet pace allow for extraordinary experiences to unfold. Don't have a racquet? We have plenty you can borrow.

Join fellow pickleball enthusiasts at our Rhinebeck campus and spend a weekend enjoying the sun and the fun of America's fastest growing sport.

Member's Weekend

We are hosting our very first Omega Members Weekend October 13-15. The weekend will include fun social gatherings, the opportunity for a Members-only art workshop, forest bathing, practices with some of your Mindful Monday teachers, music, and the chance to meet so many of the people behind the emails and events that you enjoy as Members. We look forward to seeing you there and sharing in the beauty and rejuvenation of autumn on the Omega campus.

Other Activities

Between workshops and a stop at the Wellness Center, a visit to Long Lake Pond can provide a relaxing moment of solitude or a chance to socialize and play a lawn game like cornhole or ladder toss.

As you walk around campus in the evening, you may also stumble upon a live performance. Enjoy musical entertainment with fellow Members—everything from classical and folk to blues and rock.
