Winter Warming Smoothie
Here's a winter smoothie that combines healthy fats, fiber, and warming spices to keep you healthy when the temperatures drop.
Featuring coconut milk and coconut oil, which both contain lauric acid, this smoothie recipe helps boost your immune function. The greens, combined with these healthy fats, fiber from the oats and fruit, and cinnamon, will keep you satisfied and warm all season long.

Ingredients

1 ½ cups coconut milk
1 banana
1 cup frozen blueberries
½ cup oats
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 handful of greens (try spinach or kale)
1 big dash of cinnamon
