Joe’s Tutti-Fruiti Juice Recipe
One of the best ways to get more greens into your diet is to drink them. This juice recipe from Joe Cross, the filmmaker behind the hit documentary, Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead, features Swiss chard, a great source of calcium, vitamin C, and vitamin A, along with fruit to create a delicious and nutritious drink.
Makes 2 Servings
Wash all ingredients. Peel kiwi, remove rind from pineapple, and remove grapes from stems. Add all ingredients through juicer and enjoy!
