Kiersten Mooney, E-RYT, owns Bala Vinyasa Yoga, a Baptiste affiliate studio and registered yoga school in Naples, Florida. She is a Certified Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga Teacher, and leads an accredited 200-hour yoga teacher training program annually. Mooney has been practicing yoga since 1996 and uses her strong background in physiology to help students exceed their physical expectations.
Mooney is also active with the Africa Yoga Project, both as a mentor and supporter. She also teaches a weekly complimentary class to students in recovery from substance abuse, and supports Bala Vinyasa Yoga’s teachers in giving back to the Naples community through a monthly community service leadership program.
