Alice Hong is a freedom-seeker, heart-warrioress, and global traveller. She empowers people to love themselves more deeply, let go of limiting beliefs, and live vibrantly alive. Alice infuses the guiding principles of love, truth, and freedom into all her offerings as lanterns for life. She is the director and lead facilitator of Inspired Yoga Institute, a Canadian yoga school that offers programs at the 200, 300 and 500-hour levels.
Known for her authenticity, passion, vulnerability, juiciness, and gift of deep, loving presence, she encourages people to step into brave spaces, drop their masks, and experience life changing breakthroughs. Alice studied numerous holistic modalities for more than two decades, including the yogic lineages of Anusara, flow, vinyasa, hatha, yin, restorative, nidra, and Ayurveda, as well as practices of somatic awareness, dance-movement, tantra, breathwork, non-violent communication, and dyads (partner inquiry). Her teachings continue to evolve along with her passion for personal development and learning to create deep and loving relationships.
Over the last decade, Alice has guided thousands of people through transformational retreats, workshops, women’s circles, and trainings in inspiring locations in more than 40 countries. She has served on the Omega Institute faculty since 2009 and is a retreat leader for The Travel Yogi on more than 25 retreats worldwide. Alice consults for wellness centers and international yoga schools, as well as creating her own transformative programs including Embodied Shakti and Untamed: Wild Feminine.
