Xander Schultz is a social entrepreneur, impact investor, and activist focused on maximizing the freedom of oppressed people and elevating changemakers. He is executive director of The Future US, a policy accelerator ensuring Americans will thrive in the world of tomorrow, and entrepreneur-in-residence at Galaxy Labs, which supports leaders and organizations building power, narratives, and solutions to dismantle systems of oppression and heal communities.
Xander is founder of Fast Company’s World-Changing Ideas Awards-winner Defeat By Tweet, the donor network One For Democracy, and the scaling-solutions gathering The Convening.
In Silicon Valley, Xander helped found consumer tech companies Kifi (acquired by Google) and Complete, two social platforms dedicated to helping people help each other. In 2016, he cofounded the refugee aid organization When We Band Together (WWBT) with his wife Zoë.
Xander worked with the Drum Major Coalition in support of Martin Luther King Jr.’s family; helped secure Senate victories via his effort, Win Both Seats; and partnered with Vote Save America to create F*ck Bans Action Plan in response to the overturn of Roe v. Wade.
