Trish Hart brings together decades of experience in mindfulness, movement, stillness, sound, and integrative health to translate contemplative practices into practical approaches to individual and collective well-being.
Trish is senior program manager for the Thich Nhat Hanh Center for Mindfulness in Public Health at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. She helps advance the center’s vision of integrating mindfulness and contemplative practice into public health, leading the development and coordination of core programs and strategic initiatives. Working with faculty, staff, and community partners, she supports cross-disciplinary efforts connecting mindfulness with research, education, and community engagement, helping bring Thich Nhat Hanh’s teachings into the public health realm.
Trish is also the founder of Hart Mind Body, where she serves as a workplace well-being and integrative health consultant. Her training includes mindfulness, health and well-being coaching, sleep coaching, SMART (Stress Management and Resiliency Training), yoga, and sound therapy through Duke Integrative Medicine and the Benson-Henry Institute. She integrates these practices with nature-based experiences to create evidence-informed programs that support resilience and well-being.
Trish teaches for corporations, health systems, and academic institutions and leads nature-based retreats nationally and internationally. Her work is grounded in the belief that awareness and compassion can foster healthier individuals, workplaces, communities, and systems of care.
