Rebecca Tadikonda

Rebecca Tadikonda is Executive Vice President and Head of Strategy & Innovation for the retirement services company Athene. She is responsible for the company’s commitment to transform retirement for Americans by providing innovative solutions that enable them to protect and grow their savings and seamlessly turn their savings into a paycheck that they cannot outlive.  

Rebecca’s board service includes Winnakee Land Trust and the Omega Institute. With these organizations, Rebecca has found strong alignment in her commitment to spiritual and ecological wellness, connection and growth. It was in her earliest years as a child of hippie parents that these values were established and which she has cultivated through her life.

Prior to joining Athene, Rebecca worked in various roles at MetLife, including leading businesses in Asia (China, India, Southeast Asia) and the US, and serving as Chief Strategy Officer. She was a partner at Bain & Company where she advised financial services companies on growth strategy.

Rebecca has an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Dartmouth College.

Rebecca is married with two children. She is a passionate equestrian who believes “no hour of life is wasted that is spent in the saddle”— Winston Churchill.
