Leslie MacKrell

Leslie MacKrell is an accomplished Senior Management Consultant and Executive Coach for NGOs and philanthropies. She is a partner at the nonprofit advisory organization The Bridgespan Group, where she provides coaching, facilitation, strategy development, organization design, and scaling advisories. Her clients include leaders working and investing in gender justice, racial justice, climate justice, and economic justice in the US and globally.

She is co-author of social sector pieces, including “Guiding a Giving Response to Anti-Black Injustice,” "Operating Models: How Nonprofits Get from Strategy to Results," and “Cutting Costs to Increase Impact."

Prior to Bridgespan, Leslie worked in women's social justice philanthropy at the Ms. Foundation for Women, and at two Hudson Valley social justice and contemplative retreat centers: The Grail at Cornwall and The Garrison Institute.

She is originally from an hour north of Omega Institute, and now lives in New York City with her wife and son.
