Omega: When you choose to opt out of suffering, how does it change you and the way you experience life?

Ana: Instead of choosing suffering, I choose to live my life in a way that makes me proud of myself. I choose actions that brighten, instead of dim, my Spirit. I stalk and hunt my damaging behaviors and retrain them, just like teaching a horse or student to retrain bad habits. Then, I refocus my actions to align with my Spirit pledge of doing my part in mending the Hoop of the People.

Life has taught me that I can make a difference by teaching people how to heal and how to quest for their own Spirit. They can learn how to move into the crossroads of choice and stop perpetuating their own suffering.
