Women at a conference at Omega

Join a supportive community devoted to wellness, nourishment, strength, and rest, as a space for renewal and an antidote to our culture’s pace and polarization.

Try a meditation practice with Elizabeth Lesser to find refuge and build strength.

Building on the tradition of Omega's Women and Power conferences, this women's gathering is an opportunity to come together in a supportive community devoted to our wellness, nourishment, strength, and thriving. The weekend is all about creativity, connection, and rest—a breathing space for these times and an antidote to our culture’s pace and polarization. It's your time—your time to see what emerges within you and as a community, as we share friendship, conversation, and ideas.

The weekend will have a festival feel and lots of choices for free time and experiences, including:

  • Rest, body-care, meditation, yoga, healthy food, and wellness opportunities
  • Inspiring talks that call us to light the way forward
  • Awakening creativity through art- and music-making, poetry, movement, and more
  • The Omega campus in autumn, including walks in nature, kayaking on the lake, a fire ceremony under the stars

A highlight of the weekend is participating in a nap ritual with Tricia Hersey, where we embrace rest and care as our birthright. Tricia guides us in a rejuvenating experience using her curated soundtrack, rest altar, poetic meditations, and a post-nap talk. "You were not just born to center your entire existence on work and labor," she says. "You were born to heal, to grow, to be of service to yourself and community, to practice, to experiment, to create, to have space, to dream, and to connect." And on Sunday the electrifying Nadia Bolz-Weber helps us challenge our assumptions, gather our courage, and increase our compassion—toward ourselves, each other, and our times.

Come dream and connect with us!
