The Omega Women's Leadership Center believes that to remain energized and committed to changing the very nature of power and leadership, we must support one another. We offer scholarships for our workshops and conferences with the support of our generous funding partners, donors and sponsors, to empower women to become guiding voices for change.

We offer 2 & 5-day self-guided residencies to those who identify as women making a difference in the lives of others at our Juno Cottage on Omega's Rhinebeck Campus.

Leaders from many professional areas and across the world have used the time and space to create, nurture, or complete projects, write grants, plan, reflect, and most importantly, for rest & relaxation.

All residencies have been filled for the 2024 season. Please check back in 2025.

Since our first trailblazing Women & Power Conference in 2002, hundreds of leaders, artists, authors, scientists, and visionaries have inspired and mobilized women to Do Power Differently® - to change the very nature of power and leadership.

The Women Serving Women Summit is a retreat grant program that provides support to nonprofit organizations working to positively impact the lives of women through a two-day, two-night self-led retreat on Omega's Rhinebeck campus in the Hudson Valley.

The Juno Leadership Collective (JLC) is our year-long immersive training program for women leaders in nonprofit organizations working on issues including equality, justice, sustainability, violence, the arts, and economic empowerment.  The JLC brings together all of the lifelong learning resources of the Omega Institute to offer an integrated approach to leadership development, personal growth, and social change.

The JLC will not be convening in 2024. Please check back in 2025 for future opportunities.
