Join a cohort of leaders committed to effective, collaborative leadership in this guided online course hosted by the Omega Women’s Leadership Center (OWLC).

Sharon Salzberg says the challenge of our time is to dismantle cultural conditioning. When we do so, we understand that we can lead with kindness as a fuel for effective action in the world.

Leadership in these times calls for a unique combination of inner strength, compassion, and an understanding of power–whether guiding a family, running a business, or holding public office. It's vital that we work to transform the old "command and control" leadership model and turn towards "connect and collaborate," which research demonstrates as critical to effective leadership. Join us for a curriculum that emphasizes how women can use our leadership to advance this shift–toward a world that works for everybody.

In this 5-week guided online course, you are introduced to five leadership essentials—values, voice, vessel, vision, and voyage, including revitalizing self-care practices. Our seasoned team of faculty guide you in a holistic exploration of leadership and power and lead you through a curriculum framework designed to help you #DoPowerDifferently at the personal, relational, and global level. Because we value a collective approach, this takes place in an intergenerational, cross-sector, multiracial circle of women.
