Are you still young at heart even though your body is no longer on the same page? Do you find you’ve become less flexible and can’t move with the same ease as you once did? Do you wish you could practice yoga but are afraid you’ll hurt yourself?

No matter what shape you’re in, you don’t have to miss out on the benefits of yoga—yoga is for everyone. This weekend yoga therapist Terry Roth Schaff shows you how you can have a safe and meaningful yoga practice—whether you’re perfectly healthy or have common issues like lack of mobility, arthritis, or loss of bone density.

In a supportive and nonjudgmental environment, you learn poses you can do at home to build up your muscles, strengthen your bones, and keep your joints moving. You discover how to make modifications for your particular situation and explore how to use props, like the chair and the wall, so you can practice yoga even if you can’t get up and down off the floor.

All levels and ages are welcome to this fun and lighthearted exploration of yoga. Teachers, therapists, and medical professional learn techniques they can use with clients.
