Brittany Mondido shares the four steps of the ARMs method to move through judgment and guilt.

Take part in a heart-filled week connecting you to your heart and disarming the walls that keep you from it.

This life-changing retreat is built around a four-step initiation process with a designated theme each day (see schedule below) to bring you closer to yourself, each other, and the world around us and within us.

In this workshop, you:

Gain awareness of what is holding you back and learn to surrender to a higher power
Learn an entirely new way of being that you can return to over and over again to alchemize any area of your life
Leave with a newfound faith and connection to yourself and Source
Leave with a practical embodiment method that will support you on your path

We will begin the workshop by “Opening The Portal” with cacao and "Closing The Portal" with conscious connection.
