Shining Our Collective Light

A warm Omega hello,

In March, when we made the difficult decision to close Omega's campus for our 2020 season, my first concern was how to ensure that Omega would be there for you, to provide the tools, the support, and the sense of community you have come to expect from Omega.

Maya Angelou said, "When we shine our collective light together, we are more resilient than when we walk the path alone."

We truly are walking the path together. Omega teachers have offered their time and talents to support Omega's growing online community and you've responded by sharing your time and your desire to learn and grow despite many daily challenges. You have offered words of encouragement, and you have given financially through your purchases, your program registrations, and your philanthropy.

As the world begins to recover from this pandemic and addresses the complex social and cultural issues now laid bare, we will continue to draw on our collective inner strengths to innovate and co-create a brighter future. Omega will be right here with you, bringing light to a long winter through the community we have built together, including our online workshops, the Omega Teachers StudioOmega Conversations, and the Omega Community Facebook group.

We couldn't do it without you. Thank you for helping our community be a welcoming source of wisdom and resilience–one that will sustain us and help all of us look forward to safer and more certain times ahead.

With deep gratitude,
